Intro to Ginkgo Wellness Memberships
We see our wellness membership programme as a catalyst to enjoy beneficial treatments, on a regular basis with added privileges. Your membership is validated upon your first visit to any of our Ginkgo Spas.

Once you have joined the Ginkgo Membership, you will receive two Vouchers of which one will entitle you to enjoy a gourmet dinner for two at the Hotelís restaurant - inclusive of a lovely bottle of wine; and the second will introduce you to our own relaxing signature treatment - the 'Elixir' - a pampering full body massage that will give you a small taste of the good times to come.

When making your first booking, I would suggest that you contact our Spa Manageress, who will, after a personal consultation, assist you in choosing the treatments most suited for you?

Terms and Conditions:
Your Membership becomes active upon payment of a once-off Sign-on Fee of R1250. You will during your active Membership period enjoy the following Privileges:
1   No further monthly or annual subscriptions during valid membership.
2   Enjoy discounted Membership Rates on all treatments as per valid rate Sheet.
3    A Dinner Voucher for two inclusive of a bottle of the restaurantís finest signature wine courtesy of the participating Hotel, valued at R400.
4    A Ginkgo Signature treatment - the 'Elixir' full body Massage as a welcome gift from the Ginkgo Spa Group, valued at R490
5   A further 10% discount on all subsequent Signature Ginkgo Spa Packages (excluding Ginkgo Leaf Collection and 'Specials') purchased during the period of membership.
6    Purchasing Gift Vouchers at Membership Prices.
7   Membership Prices for your spa guest visiting a Ginkgo Spa for the first time. This applies to any Ginkgo Touch Therapy or Ginkgo Leaf Collection of Spa Packages.
8   A 50% reduction on your treatment price when you bring a minimum of 3 full paying guests to a 'Spa Party'. See 'Spa Party Package' for details.
9   Invitation to New Product / Treatment launches and events

Use of hotel amenities freely available to hotel guests (i.e. a swimming pool that is freely available without charge to hotel guests) This applies only to spa clients while in treatment at the Spa and only in conjunction with certain Spa Packages.

You will receive a monthly Newsletter unless you inform us to the contrary.
Your Membership will remain valid indefinitely subject to the monthly purchase of a Spa Package, Touch, Spa Body or Skin Care treatment.
